5th Annual EBP Dinner, Community Project, and NTI Raffle!!

Happy New Year from SCCC-AACN!

I just wanted to send out a quick announcement on our upcoming Evidence Based Practice Dinner on February 7, 2018. We have 4 colleagues that will be presenting their projects. Topics will include Decreasing cardiac events during and following anesthesia, education for the role of ICU surrogate, resuscitation: going for gold, and improving end of life care through early conversations. It is going to be wonderful night. 

At our Dinner we will be collecting items for Yale New Haven Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Bereavement Team. 

We are looking for: 

• Gift Card’s to Michaels’ Craft Store
• The book Something’s Happened  by Cathy Blanford (Spanish and English editions)
• Onesie’s aged preemie to 6 months (white or soft pastel colors)
• Infant knit hats (white or soft pastel colors)
• Travel sized tissues
• Hand/ Foot mold keepsake impression kit
• Monetary donations are also appreciated

We hope you can make the event and also support our Community project! WE WILL ALSO BE RAFFLING OFF A NTI REGISTRATION (This will be the cost of an AACN member early bird registration: $450).
