Job Details

• Provide comprehensive, professional nursing care following established protocols and standards.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care both in-person and over the phone.
• Perform point-of-care testing, assist with clinical procedures, and ensure accurate specimen collection.
• Educate and support patients and their families on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to manage chronic conditions and coordinate patient follow-ups.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
  
  

Skills You Need

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and support diverse patient populations.
